It has been observed that the Beta Casomorphin (BCM-7) present in the A1 Milk causes Diabetes , Cardiovascular diseases and autism. The A2 Milk has a good amount of Nutrients that helps in brain nourishment in children gives strength and protects Vital Organs . There is also no presence of BCM 7 in A2 Milk.
